Here at Wireconi, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the products we offer. If your not, you won’t use them… it doesn’t get any simpler than that.
We offer a comprehensive warranty on our products and support and care through our select retailers. All our cables come with a 5 year warranty, so if your Wireconi product fails during your first 5 years of use, we would ask you to first contact the retailer who you purchased it from for assistance.
They will then issue you with returns information and upon its arrival back to them, assess the product for warranty repair or replacement.
If an item fails through neglect, damage during use or poor handling by the user, then of course it may fall outside the scope of a warranty replacement. For example, if you bend the end on a cable plug or trap it in a door, the product would not be liable for warranty replacement.
Just common sense really.
If you do wish to return an item, then please contact your retailer who you purchased the item from for their returns procedure. They will then of course support you and help you with the return process. If you have any problems with one of our retailers, then please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will of course look into this for you.
